Definitions:

Work Injury - an injury which happened at work. Workers comp company makes the final decision on which injuries qualify.
Policy:

For work injuries, please visit the below location. For minor injuries, an injury report must be filled out, and HR must be contacted before going to a medical faciltiy. Please inform us if you need a ride to the hospital.  If you are through a temp agency, HR will refer your to the agencies representative.
