| Policy: Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO): Equal employment opportunity has been, and will continue to be, a basic principle at SnackCo of America. Employment at SnackCo of America is based upon merit, ability, and qualifications. No qualified applicant or employee is to be discriminated against because of race, color, religion, political affiliation, gender, marital or maternal status, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability, veteran, military, or genetic status.
