| Policy: Staff Meetings Staff meetings are held by production management with the production leads and staff. These should be held regularly and include training from this handbook and other relevant training. This will also be an important opportunity for the staff to raise any concerns or comments they have. All staff should also know that they can communicate any concerns to any lead or manager above them in the communication structure. They are however asked to start to the closest lead/manager when possible. Minutes should be taken from all of these meetings with the use of “SOA_Employee Trainings”
